Dorset is a wonderful county for photography and creative arts in general.
Although probably most famous for its jurassic coastline, there is much more to explore, with sleepy villages, historic towns and abundant wildlife.
Many people have cameras and mobile phones but find the technology daunting.
Dorset Photo Walks aim to combine exploring the county in a relaxed environment, where you can learn to use your device at your own pace.
What better location than the great outdoors?

My dad lent me his camera for a school trip when I was 10.
That led to a life long interest in photography and this in turn opened the door to a career as a Crime Scene Investigator.
Here I learnt how to use various formats of film camera, from 35mm up to 4x5 inch large format and later, digital.
After retirement, I went on to work for Silverprint Ltd, selling analog and digital photographic materials.
A teaching qualification and a love of walking led me to combine all three into
Dorset Photo Walks.
